Perfect location close to 6th dining and music scene. Bed was very comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly.

Room was a little small. Walls between rooms were thin and you could hear what was going on in the other room.

we stayed in one of the new rooms you must start putting plugs for cell phones next to the bed not behind the furniture also when getting out of the shower you need to put towel racks closer you should not have to get out of the shower to go and get your towel thank you

The room was huge and lovely! With a very comfortable king size bed, a fantastic central location made exploring Austin easy.

Housekeeping was on request only! While decor felt dated, noticeable signs of wear and tear in several areas.

Charming Stay with Excellent Service

The location was perfect, right in downtown, just a short walk to the state capitol. My room was spacious and had a tv, air conditioning, and a nice seating area. The bathroom had a roll-in shower, and I loved the complimentary toiletries. Plus, the fitness center and indoor pool were a great way to unwind after exploring the area.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I enjoy the 24-hour reception and laundry service. The staff were amazing. They returned my lost sim cards from my first stay. Vinnie stood out with his really good service. I will be back next year!
